Another eBay Find: 1996 Mystic Cobra

Mystic paint, when done right, is incredible. That’s why I have always loved Mystic Cobra’s and why I thought I’d drop you guys this eBay auction in case anyone might be interested in picking up this 1996 Mystic Cobra. The price is great as these cars are some kind of rare. Especially in good condition. Check out the auction here.

With only 1,000 miles its a nice car… to bad some tool had to put a front tag plate on the car.

I don’t mean to be nit-picky, but this color is called “Mystic.” Mystichrome is the bluish-green paint option offered on the 2004 Cobra.

they actually did the mysticchrome paint scheme on a few other years other than the 2004 i want to say the 1995 cobra had it but i cant claim that… im 99% positive that they did a mystichrome option for the 1996 mustang as it was the first year of the new 4.6 mod engine… and the mystichrome of old and new do look different. Its just a different variant of pearlescent paint i believe.

I have a hard time believing the mileage listed in the auction. Look at the amount of wear on the driver’s seat. Maybe the owner kept it parked in the garage all the time, but went out to sit in it every day?
