Found this site when researching tire sizes for AL slots i got compared to the stock rims on my stang. Very good info if your changing rim sizes and want to keep about the same size overall diameter.
The best way to determine that is to actually go to the tire manufacturers website and get the dimensions from them. The difference on street tires can be up an inch in all direction for the same size tire as another model, or manufacturer. With my truck I've seen mud tires have literally up to 3" differences in the same size between brands.
^^ true tire width varies from company to company but overall height should be within specifications so you wont have to worry if you get the right size, the sidewall will be correct so your speedo will be accurate
