get 17's and save money on tires, there is not a big difference in the size of the rims side by side. ussually the major difference is 18's have less sidewall which means they are more prone to bending due to potholes.

the 18s are bigger, and tires cost a lot more. I've got 17s and love them. The only reason I'd go 18 is to get a wheel that didn't come in 17s.

i kinda like the low profile tire look and ususally when i buy something i go all out or not at all... so im still deciding... however, i have heard when you put 18's on it feels like your riding high? anyone verify this?

not much of a differance but you have a good outlook man if your gonna do it, do it the right way you only have to buy the rims once the tires for 18s though they're a bit more expensive, but unless you drive all over the place or drive like a jackass that price will only come every like 50,000 miles or w/e

If you dont mind buying tires that cost nearly 50% more than the rims lol then 18s are fine for a 99 up.... they slow you down a little bit more but thats part of it.
