The 275/35/18's are what I'd recommend (assuming the wheels are 18x9, which they most likely are in a 2003 Cobra re-make). This will give you an overall tire height of ~25.57" which is very close to stock (for reference a stock 245/45/17 is ~25.68"). $187 a pop.
I've had two sets of them, and you can't beat them for the price. Should last at least
40,000 miles with somewhat conservative driving. Plus the tread pattern and sidwalls both look great. I think SpectorV will back this choice up.
