I did it myself, I think the springs were a couple hundred bucks and it took about 3 hours, I have access to a really sweet shop.

Re: cobras or bullets?

looks fairly simple. the only other concern i would have is the quality of the ride..does it make it affect it any? i mean does it ride rough?

Re: cobras or bullets?

Yup, Ruff riden. I always have had lowered cars and mini trucks so I'm used to it, Some people like the ride and some don't. My Mom and Grandma weren't to keen on it but go figure2:

Re: cobras or bullets?

I didn't go with adjustable coil overs, Just 2" springs. I know when you order them you need to tell them if you have a vert or not, Has something to do with the weight difference, and no your not bugging me.

Re: cobras or bullets?

Coilover springs won't work unless you have a front and rear coilover kit. You can't just throw them on a stock car. Those say they are the entire kit... but they really don't look like it. If you really want coilovers, check out Maximum Motorsports :: The Leader In Mustang Performance Suspensions.

I'd recommend either the Ford Racing C Springs or H&R Super Sports.

Re: cobras or bullets?

I went with 2" but I can't find them anymore, 1-1.5 inch seems to be popular now
