Chrome or Black Rims?

I've got an 02 Black Convertible GT with 3" lowering springs.

I'm looking at either "chrome" or "black w/ chrome lip" bullitt rims. Which do you think looks more visually appealing?

I'm partial to the black with chrome lip but I think the chrome would stand out better an be more appealing.
