Tpms shut off?

Can you clear the light with a sct tuner?

No, it is a TPMS "remote" that you can buy online or take it to a tire shop. Most will reset it for free.

Well I wanna get new wheels and tires so should I just pay the extra for new ones ?

If you are buying the new wheels and tires premounted, yes. Otherwise the tire shop you go through can pull your existing TPMS and install on the new ones... But then you can't sell the existing tires/wheels mounted.

Ok thanks.. Yeah I'll get the wheels with them installed because I need my stock wheels for winter
