Plastidip rims

I'm wondering would it look right on my car with these rims .

It worked great on mine. Just be careful in automatic car washes, they can rough up the edges of the plastidip.

I used painters tape the first time then the second time I used electrical tape it's a lot more flexible

I didnt. After I put on 6 coats of plastidip, I used a razor to trace the edge of the lip VERY CAREFULLY. Then I peeled up the plastidip on the polished lip. It actually worked quite quickly and came out nice. My wheels weren't in the greatest shape before hand so I didnt really care to put too much effort into it, but after I did the first one and saw how nice it looked I took my time with the last three and they turned out even better.

Oh definitely. It makes it so much easier and cleaner if you take them off the car first. I would never do it with them on the car.
