Tire size

Will a 28in tire fit in the fender of an sn95 car that's lowered? Also it's 10.5in wide but I think that part will clear if I take out the quad shocks.

I can't see a 28" tire fitting. That's a massive tire for any car.

Yeah. I think you're right. After doing some research, I'm thinking 26"x10" is gonna do just fine for what I want to do. And a 26" tire is on the limits of fitting in the fender of a lowered sn95 car. I just wish Ford didn't make the fenders on these cars so straight and have the tucked appearance on the rear wheels.
