Tires

So I have tires on my 17 inch rims and I just bought a new set of 18 inch rims. Do I need to buy a new set of tires to fit on the 18s?

Yes you do, the 17" size is the inside diameter of the tire that won't fit on a 18" rim. : (

I saw online that you can put your tire on a tire expander and it might fit?? I've never heard of that before though

You can't expand tires like that. There is a way to expand tires but it is for width, not diameter, even then the tires aren't as great quality as they used to be... You need to buy new tires.
