Should i trade my wheels?

I have a chance to trade my 19 inch wheels for some 18 inch wheels plus 400$ from the other guy. I would plastidip them black and use the money for other mods.
What do y'all think?
First pic are my wheels second are the other wheels.

If your going to spend that $400 towards new wheels... Why bother. If you were going to spend it lowering it then maybe.. You'll gain $400 but you'll also gain even more gap between the tire and fender.
Just my two cent and a lil food for thought.
