Need suggestions

I'm going to pick these rear set of deep dish bullitts for a wheel project and on one of the lips needs restoring from what you can see. I was thinking maybe I could wet sand it to get the spotting out? Any suggestions out there?

Could try chrome Polish

I wet sanded it came out great now I just have to use some swirl remover and polish it!
