Tires to big?

My speedo is off by at least 10 mph by 60 because of my 315/35/17 rear tires. What's best to fix this

Width of the rim shouldn't make a difference in the speedo. The overall height will like going from a 17 inch rim to a 18 inch rim. Is the car geared? That will change the speedo by a lot

So in English. Put a mark on the tire level with the side skirt. Put a mark on the driveshaft that is easily visible. Spin the tire until the mark lines back up even with the side skirt while Counting the rotations of the driveshaft. If the driveshaft spins 3 3/4 times u have 3.73 if the driveshaft spins alittle over 4 times you probably have 4.10s.
