Best 275/40r19

Need some new rear tires just seeing what y'all have that last a longer and has good traction. Thinking about continental extreme contact DS/DWS, anybody got any experience with these?

Best 275/40r19

I posted in wheel and tire section and nobody has responded so I am reporting here. I need 2 275/40r19 tires and I was just seeing what y'all have that is a good mix of traction and longevity. I am leaning towards continental extreme contact DS if anybody has any personal experience with these

Im actually really surprised by the General G-Max tires that came on my rims from American Muscle. They ride well, are quite, and hook pretty well too. No problems at all in the rain either. Not sure about longevity though, ive only put about 5k on them.
I will however be swapping the rears for some MT street comps soon.

It hasn't been 12 hrs since you created the other thread in the correct section, and at least 6 of those hrs I'd think most people were still sleeping. Give it a little time next time, all this does is create more work for us mods trying to keep things in the correct sections.

To answer your question, I would recommend michelin pilot super sports or the pilot sport 2. Both offer phenomenal traction and longevity for a sticky road tire

BF Goodrich G-Force Comp 2....got them for $220 a piece. I was able to pull a 1.9 60 ft. at track. They hook well on street too and wear well. They have lasted way longer than the stock Pirelli's. I would buy again.

Man I'm glad to hear that! For performance street tires you can't beat michelin's. they cost a little more but I guarantee you'll have better life and way better traction

I was always a Goodyear guy, Discount Tire talked me into the Mitchlen pilot sports a/s, some of the best tires I've ever owned.

^ I've never been a fan of goodyears, they've always worn out too fast and very unevenly. I sold tires for 2 years so I've seen quite a few sets come off of vehicles, michelin were always the longest mileage tires and had the best customer feed back
