19s or 20s

I've narrowed down which set if rims I want but I can't decide on what size to get. Are there any pros/cons on one over the other or is it mostly personal preference?

I would think 19s would be harder to find tires

Other than that is there really not much of a difference of one over the other?

19's are not really hard to find, just more expensive. Outside of that, if you don't mind paying more for 19 inch tires over the price of 20's, then it's all personal preference at that point

I figured it was mostly personal preference but I just wanted some more I put before pulling the trigger.

Maybe on a new edge but the new 5.0's have huge fender wells so I think they look at home

Okay go get 20inch wheels and through on a 285/30/20 there is serious no rubber. I'm not saying they don't look good because they do you just need taller tire or it looks like you're driving on wheels and no tires IMO that's stupid af but whatever

I hear what your saying but I think the ford engineers might have it figured out since that is what is spec'd on the shelby

Well that's barely off but makes a difference. But I think and car needs enough tire to look good.

I definitely agree with you, I hate it when it looks like its all rim.

20's. you can go bigger then a 35. I've got 35's and as low as I am, there is still room to go bigger. Probably gonna try a 40 maybe 45 on a 275 but that's pushing it. Vertically speaking.

That looks good. A little more tallness in the rear wouldn't hurt for be but I think that's damn near perfect

Running BFGoodrich 285/35/19 all the way around on Forgestar CF5's...19X9.5.....to me at least it's a good combination and gives "enough tire"

In the first pic the black Stang had 20 with 35 tire and my red one has 19 and you can see that with just a 1 inch drop he looks like an SUV next me.
I have 305-30 back and 275-30 front on 1.5 k/springs FRPP.

Your car does look amazing ! But 20" with a 1.5 drop looks amazing as well there are plenty of guys on this that have that set up I almost went with 19 but tires are just too expensive

I'm really liking the 19s, 20s look good too but I'm still leaning the other way.

Well they both look great no doubt, but good luck... Tire selection is not as good and cost just as much.. I had stock 19" on my last car.. Quickly went to 20"... Either way they will look great..

The choice is really hard! The way I see it is 20 look good on a show car and gives it a more muscular look and 19/18 give the car a more sporty and fast look when dropped too. I would take both
