Wheels

What wheels should I get!?? Want your opinions. But don't suggest saleens or bullits. I'm thinking more of the high end wheels. Not ccw's cuz I don't got $3000 for just wheels. Maybe true forged though. Post pictures! Up to your thoughts.

What size tires are you going to be running, what year do you have and what are you going to be using the car for? I could recommend Race Stars and ET streets or 18" replica rims with 315/35/18s from AM. I personally LOVE OEM Roush rims on a 94-98 car but good luck finding a set in good shape...

17s I got 245/45/17 and 315/35/17 tires already. So 17s true forged and ccw are out cuz they're stupid expensive and I need wheels soon. Godspeed cruizin concepts only have 18s.

Anthracite will look good. Plasti dip looks like **** compared to a good powdercoat finish like you'll have with those rims.

I'm going to be getting new wheels too here at some point in the next year myself so interesting to see what others go with and how it all looks. Too many damn ppl have bullitt rims and my back right one is curbed in a few spots anyway and its driving me nucking futs.

Whar from? Let us know how your purchasing experience goes. DO NOT take them to any old tire shop, ask around and find a good one. I had a set of brand new powdercoat OEM Honda rims for a DD a few years back that came back from a "good" shop with nicks at the rim under every valve stem. I almost lost my ****.

That's one of the reasons I'm probably only going to buy from AM from now on. Free shipping and they come mounted/balanced/filled and if there is any issue they'll swap them out.

+1^ it seems like a lot of techs don't know what a reverse drop center rim is anymore and that could very easily **** up the tire if they don't mount it correctly..
