Wheel and Tire fitment

Has anyone ever ran 17x10.5 on the rear, on mustangs between 2005-2009? Just trying to decide wther they would fit properly on my 09

Yea I have, it was a 17x10.5 with a 315 tire. Fit fine, wheels kinda stuck out a little but I think that's cause it was off a 02 GT, not the proper wheel but still fit with no problems

Yea that would be why they stuck out. 99-04 have wider axles than the 05-09 so the offset is different.

You will be perfectly fine with that set up. And it will look very badass

I don't have a 10.5 wide but it's a 9.5 all around +22 offset. So I imagine the 10.5 would fit somewhat like that

Kinda hard to tell but that's the best I have to compare.

I'm running a 275/40 all around and haven rubbed once. Lowered 1.3 front 1.4 back. I think a 10.5 you should be fine but don't take my word for it
