Best Tires for Wheels?

Hey guys I just picked up a set of Boss 302 wheels and we're going to pick them up today. We have to definitely get 2 new tires for the front and the back aren't the best. So what would be a really good tire for under 200 or around there. The size is 275/35/19. This picture is just what they are Click image for larger version

275/40/19.

275= width of tire measured in millimeters.
40=sidewall of tire measured in millimeters
19 is just the size of the wheel the tires made for.

The 40 isn't the sidewall in millimeters, it's a percentage of the width. The link that silver provided explains it well. This is why the sidewall on a 205/45_/19 tire is so much smaller than a 305/45_/19. I don't know why they do it this way, but it makes it a real pain in the *** when trying to change tire sizes.
