New Wheels and Newer Tires

So I'm sure that some of you remember a few weeks ago when I made the poor decision to put Anniversary Cobra rims on my car. Fortunately, that mistake was short lived and I have since put 18X9/10 SVE Drift's on. I was also not happy about the tire size I had chosen. I had gone with 255/40/18 on the front with 285/40/18 on the rear. The backs were great, but the fronts left some ugly fender gap that I just couldn't get my head around. Fortunately, another short lived mistake. Michelin has got a wonderful 30 Day Complete Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. So, therefore, I traded up to a slightly bigger tire. The new setup is:

275/40/18 Front
285/40/18 Rear

I am very pleased with the result.

How did that look?? Clearly you werent into it since you changed wheels so quickly... I always thought the standard Termi wheels were the best looking wheels to ever grace a Mustang. If they made a set for our cars I don't know that I could say no

Here's the car with cobra rims on them. They don't look bad, just not my taste.
And thanks for the kind words.

Do you know if the finish needs to be treated first or stripped if I wanted to powder coat them?

One last question lol...these look to have more of a concave build than the AMRs...do they?

As far as the finish, I would definitely do some prep work. Whether they are more concave, I'm not sure. I haven't seen AMR's up close enough in person to say one way or the other.
