315/35/20 stock height 13 gt?

Will this tire fit my car? My rim offset is 40 or 45mm. Not lowered at all will it rub/hit anything ?

I have 315/35-20 Nitto Invo's on 11X20 Steeda Spyder rims on my 2011 GT and they have never rubbed in two summers of driving. My car is lowered on Eiback ProKit springs to boot!
