RE970AS vs Stock Pirellis

Anyone have experience with the Bridgestone Potenzas versus the stock Pirellis? I have an opportunity to score four of the Bridgestones new for next to nothing, but don't want to go for it without a couple opinions from those who've driven them.
Car is a 2013 GT Premium with 19" wheels. It won't ever see the track, but I'm pretty aggressive on the street. Thanks in advance for your input!

Kuhmo exsta asx I just bought a couple months ago are way better than those stock pieces of trash all-season pirelli's.

Thanks for the input. Have you driven on the RE970AS? I'm curious about tread life and traction under acceleration. The vehicle is not my daily driver. It is brand new (still has more horsepower than miles on it). I would just hate to miss out on a set of tires for cheap if they are better than stock. ...anybody?
