10.5 rears!

This is my plan! I want to do 10.5 or 10 rear tires with the eibach pro kit springs 1.4" front & rear drop on coupes what do I exactly have to do on my 03 cobra with irs to fit these tires? 315/35/17 on the back. I know I have to irs bolts I am ordering them but what else do I have to do to fit the tires and get them even with the rear fenders? All I was told to do was change my irs bolts and they will fit but now I am hearing I have to grind my caliper bolts or something...... I bought my rims on craigslist and I did not measure my rims but I was told they are 10.5 rears I dont think it matters because 10 or 10.5 take the same size tires..... WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?????? to get these to look right and not worry about them going down the road...... Thanks again

I just have low profile IRS bolts. I know some guys I've talked to have had to run spacers, but I haven't needed them yet.
