Looking at like a 255 but I heard and seen a few pics of 275 and wasn't all that bad.

I have a 235 BFG on mine, it is flush with a slight bulge. 245 is the stock look, 255 is bulgy...er... 275 is as big as you would want to ever go on a 8" rim but handling will be *** with that wide of a tire on a 8" rim. Wider does not=better. I'd say if you wanted a bit of a bulge on a 8" wide rim run a 255.

Here is the 235/45/18 Comp 2 on a 18x8 Bullitt.

I don't see any bulge on those 235's lol. 275s on a 8inch rim I don't think those will fit.

Its there, its slight. The sidewall is out about 1/8th of an inch from the rim lip, maybe a little less. This 8" rim is around 8.8" wide lip to lip and the tire is 9.1" wide overall.

Its exactly the look I wanted with the 9" rims but the 8" actually fit better in the front fender of a 94-98 honestly.

And 275s will fit on a 8" rim, I've done it, its just ridiculous and actually will lower performance/handling. 235s for this look, 245 or 255 for a bulgier look, I would not go wider.

I would do 245s. I got them on my 9" up front and its a little too stretch for me.

That's not even that bad honestly. Some brands run narrower than others, some run bigger.

Yea like a 275 Nitto and a 235/245 BFG are pretty much the same width.

I won't buy Nitto simply because it has taken so much trial and error to figure out wtf size tire you need for your wheel with them. Also there are other, better options out there for the $$$. I got way better tires than Nittos on my AM rims installed at a local shop that guarantees the balancing for $200+ less than what the AM Nitto package is. Yeah I had to schlep the tires/rims to the shop and wait 45 minutes. Oh well.

As far as sizing, I wish I had got a pic but my BFG 275 is literally a hair thinner than my Nitto 555R 315 was. My 255 wide Nitto 555s up front were barely wider than my BFG 235s.
