Change in ride quality if move from 18" to 19" wheels?

I have a 2014 Mustang GT, without track pack, with the stock 18" wheels. I'm considering moving to 19" wheels to remove some sidewall flex and floaty feeling while driving. Has anyone done this successfully?

I just switched to the Brembo wheels. It will change the feel slightly. To me, it's more of the ride that I wanted. I've neve had a car with a soft ride.
