+15 mm offset?

So this wheel is sick. XXR's aren't the greatest but it's cheap for a college student on a budget. Click image for larger version

It reminds me of a Kompression wheel. However the specs are 19" wheels with 8.75" width and a 15mm offset. Would it poke out too much? I don't mind a little poke...
