So I decided to try something different....

Well my original inspiration was to go with gold rims, but after much thought I figured that was to loud for my taste.

After that I really wanted some TSW NURBURGRING wheels in Matte Bronze but those were out of my price range. So i got some AMRs while they were on sell. 99 for the rears and 109 for the fronts and just had them powder coated. All in all it was a little over 600$!
The pictures do not do the color justice!

One the powdercoater sent me.

It was dark when i picked them up tonight so it was hard to get a good shot with the cell phone. Still curious to see what they will end up looking like on the car.

I did however, manage to fit 4 rims and 2 tires in the mustang with my gf in the psg seat.

Should have them on sometime this week!

Thanks! I got them put on yesterday. I really wanted to get it washed ect before taking picture though. It's hard to capture the color of the wheels as they always look darker on camera. Going to try to get some either today or tomorrow with my GF expensive *** camera!

Thanks man.
I didn't want to do the standard black or gunmetal. They always look so dark/like spare tires in photos.
They look a bit brighter in person. On my computer screen they look dark, but on the TV they look exactly right. so weird.

It's custom powder coated Stone Bronze.

Ha, yes, exactly. I have the same concerns about black wheels. If my CCWs won't fit on the Mustang I think this is the route I'll go. My CCWs are matte but at least have a polished aluminum lip to separate appearance between tire and wheel. Thanks again.
