Mickey Thompson Street Comp is a Cooper RS3-S

cooper and MT are made at the same location.
Look very similar and have the same ratings
MT Street Comp UTQG rating 300 AA A
Cooper Zeon RS3 UTQG rating 300 AA A

rebranded?

There are actually only a few tire companies in the US. They make all the "American" brands. Cooper, Goodyear, Hoosier, Lucas, & Titan. Firestone (Bridgestone) and Goodrich (Michelin) are made by foreign-owned companies.

Mickey uses a softer compound. Than the cooper does.
