Going to 20"

Hey all, very new to learning what's all involved in changing to a bigger wheel.

I have 2005 GT, with I believe a 1" drop. I honestly don't know how to check how much? I bought the car years ago, and the guy told me it was lowered.

I'm looking at 20x8.5 and 20x10 staggered foose chrome.

255/35/20 and 285/30/20.

Will these have any fit problems? With the drop or in general? Rubbing issues?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
