KMC 685 District wheels

I've been looking around now for the wheels I want to get and I've settled on the 20x8.5/20x10.5 KMC wheels on LMR with 255s and 295s. I've been looking everywhere for some personal experience with these wheels and have yet to talk to anyone who has them. I've seen tons of pics online and read all the comments about these wheels and how anything over a 1.5" drop will rub, but wanted some first hand info on how they really drive.

So anyone out there running these wheels I'd love to know how they ride, what if any is your lowering situation, and do you have any rubbing issues. I'm currently dropped on SR lowering springs and have a BMR panhard bar waiting to go on...

According to LMR, when the rear is centered with a panhard bar the tires will stick out 10mm on either side. I have a 1.5" drop... would that be okay, or will rubbing be a problem?

if they stick outside the fender 10mm, I would say when you hit a bump they would rub with the 1.5" drop.

Yeah they are +35 offset in the back. I got through talking to a guy who has them and he says they rub but not bad, but that just worries me. I might go with the LMR DF5s in 20x8.5 - 20x10. Those only weigh 28lbs and have a +40 offset in the rear...

I run the 20x10 mmd 551c in the rear with 295/35 tires and they are 45 offset and sit perfectly flush with the fender.

Yeah looks great, I'm kinda wishing I went with something a little lower than the SR springs...
