OH, Also, the current tires I have on are 216/60/15, if I get two of the bigger ones and put them in the back, will I have any issues since i have two different sizes on my car?
First off I came across this great site that shows all the specs on the 1998 Mustangs. Loaded with good info.
1998 Ford Mustang Specifications
According to that info, the stock tire was a 205/65R15(7" wide rim) = 25.5" dia
Your tires at 215/60/15 would appear to be approx. the same at 25.2" dia.
The 235/70R15 tires you're thinking about are 27.9" dia
. That's a substantial change in dia and would require speedometer corrections.
According to my research...
Matching tire diameters would limit you to a 225/60R15 tire. (On the same rims.)
You could go to a 235/70R16 but would require you to get 16" rims.
