Tirerack, Discount Tire Direct, Jegs, Mickey Thompson direct etc... Depends on what you are going to be doing with the car, how much power you are making, year etc...
Definitely look at Discount Tire. I bought some 6 spline Gorilla Lug nuts from them for a fraction of what it costs other places once I bought my new wheels and tires. I was blow away with their tire prices as well.
I've always been a big Nitto fan as well as Toyo proxes. Michelin Cup Sports are amazing but I'd only use them for track use, never for daily driving. Too damn $$$ IMHO.
