how many miles on the car?
honestly i'm new to the mustang world, but one thing i would say would be injectors sticking. not sure if that would be it or not, otherwise i can't think of anything, someone more knowledgeable should be along soon
just thought of something else right before i posted... maybe your fuel pump? you could do a pressure check on that to make sure its supplying enough fuel under acceleration. but like i said i'm new to these engines. maybe also worn spark plugs/wires, other igintion stuff thats usually replaced, that was the problem on my last car but it wouldn't run good at an idle either...
It's cheaper to be beat a viper than to lose in one.
, stock gears, stock shifter, stock engine, stock rims (or knock offs).
