Smile Why to Love MUSTANGS

Because weather it a V4,V6 or V8 there is so Many things you can do to it to make it """YOURS""" the after market Items out there Support the Mustang to the point that Alot of people have a MUSTANG but "NO ONE HAS YOUR MUSTANG" and we can Talk about "OUR STANGS" and watch people turn there heads when we drive by. V4,V6 or V8 you got to love a Mustang

:yup: I have my car aesthetically pretty much right where I want it. I've dreamed of a car like this for a long time.

Re: Why to Love MUSTANGS

yea, I just try to find the line between custom and looking good since the two items are never related, looking and good and being one of a kind have no relationship together generally speaking. Thats the hard part, knowing when to much is to much~ i guess

Here's a crazy thought...since I'm not an encyclopedia of bikes...are the 4 cyl motorcycles V4's? I know some exist where they are basically 2 V twins next to each other...

What really sucks is trying to mod your dd. Most of you guys on here have at least 2-3 cars, I on the other hand, have only one. That's what the weekends are for I guess.

Re: Why to Love MUSTANGS

That was partially the reason I bought the 93....I wanted to do some major work to the cobra and knew it would take extended time...like the current mods have taken 2 months so far waiting for parts to come and what not. It's been on jack stands the whole time.

I mean it seems like you would be right, I was pondering the same while typing the previous message but I don't think its technically a V4

I had to look it up.

What I described is called a parallel v twin.

However, there is a V4 motorcycle engine...

Lol, mine stays clean for about 3 days at a time, then I have to wash it again. It gets annoying, but it's something to do to pass the time away.

No, the proper phrase is you have a disease...not that you like your car kept clean.

Anyone that drives from Bar 1 to hooters...breaks out the cali duster and the waterless carwash due to the dirt picked up in that 2 mile drive has a disease...plain and simple.

Me, I like my stuff kept clean and it kills me when it is dirty like it is now. However, I still drive mine...and drive it the way it deserves to be driven...and just accept the fact I will need to wash it.

You...however...definitely have a disease.

exactly, i think the point of hte spoiler on the hood was to try to smooth the airflow, but i think that is a bit much, something a little more simpler and maybe clear woulda been better imo. I'm not really trying to defend this person as i'm mostly trying to see what they were thinking... i do know my windshield wipers are really sensitive to wind over 90, and 70-80 if they are actually on.

my mustang has to sit outside so i just drive it, if it gets dirty, oh well, i have to wait for a sunny day to get it clean and thats not going to happen anytime soon. during the sunny season however, it will be the cleanest car around.

^^^ You need to 03/04 cobra wiper arms then...they have built in "spoilers" to help keep the blades planted on the window at speed.

are they designed really differently or do they look like the cheap ones i can pick up at autozone? (actually i think the only ones autozone had also had dual wipers and were huge and anodized red :S)

^^^ Exactly...Met at the ford dealer, and he cleaned his car. Drove to huntsville, and he cleaned his car. 2rove 2 miles to hooters and he cleaned his car. Drove to the liquor store, and he cleaned his car. Got to the cabins and he cleaned his car.

I wish I was making this up...but it was quite the site to see.
