It could be the bulb, the flasher, short, or the switch, hope it is not a short they can be a B ouch to trace down. I have to replace my switch and they are about $40.00 at AutoZone, I haven't checked Napa, I try to use Napa, better parts. First I would take the bulb out, spray some lithium in the hole and push it in and out and twist it to freshen up the connection. Second try changing the flasher, if that doesn’t cure the problem it is probably the combo switch on the column. Good luck.
