Re: 2001 ford mustang help

if you got the money do a power adder (supercharger, turbo, blower, nitrous) if not get a set of 4.10 gears t-lok shift kit transmission cooler underdrive pulleys cold air intake and a good tune let us know how much ur wanting to spend

Re: 2001 ford mustang help

bolt ons wont do much of anything for you, if you do a cold air intake, exhaust, under drive pulley, and rear end gears with a tune you should be about .7-1.0 seconds faster than stock~ thats not much.

A turbocharger or supercharger or... building the engine is the only hope.

Re: 2001 ford mustang help

You will also need a lock or an 8.8 rear end, serious engine work like a camshaft, forged internals or just a short block or long one...
