I am going to be supercharging my engine and I just bought an A-pillar pod with places for 2 gauges in it. Other than the stock gauges (speedo, tach, fuel level, water temp, volts, and oil pressure) what 2 gauges should I get to monitor the supercharged engine? If I got a boost gauge would I need a vacuum/boost gauge or just a boost gauge?
I have a vac/boost guage, but it's up to you. I prefer it to know if I am boosting or not and how close I am (1psi vaccuum or 10psi vaccuum or whatnot).
I would also look into either EGT (tell you if you're running rich or lean based on exhaust temps -- higher temps = leaner) or possibly an oil pressure or fuel pressure.
i plan on running about 20 psi on my new engine twin turbo'd....all my gauges will be digital and set up on a touch screen in the dash so I can control it all, from boost to fuel

a/f gauges are light shows dont put money into one, just get a boost gauge and some other gauge that can actually be of some benifit.
