The buick motor was built with forged Pistons and rods. It is a really beefy motor. Your best bet who get a complete SC assemby off of a Thunderbird SC but you will need to beef up the bottom end of your engine with Forged pistons and rods. Actually the best way to go is a complete Supercoupe engine swap!!!! Any way you look at it it will cost you money

How much power can the stock bottom end handle? Also didn't the T-Bird SC have an eaton m90 on it?

The stock 3.8 Pistons and Rods where not designed to handle the high pressures built up in a roots style blower. Yes the T-Bird SC is a m90.

from the prices i have seen of making an eaton m-90 work on a 3.8 (single or split port) you are better off just buying a centrifugal supercharger made for your engine

Actually I recently saw a m90 set up for 3.8 and 4.2 motors. I have not researched this yet or have heard any people using it. I have been trying to find it but have had no luck

How hard is it to install the M90 on a single port?

You need a donor TBird SC with engine, wring harness and Computer. As I said The stock 3.8 is not built to withstand a roots type blower which build tremendous pressures on the pistons and rods.
