fog lights problem - Mustang Evolution

fog lights problem

the bulb of my fog lights fried the top of the housing, this happens with the smoke fog lights , never happen with OEM fog lights , i use 893 bulb with the smoke fg lights that i buy at Amrican musle few months ago, someone know what can cause that??

Is this a stock bulb? If its different it may be getting too hot. Or the Housing is cheaper.

ive not seen to many issues with fog lights burning out like that, try contacting American Muscle to see if they know of issues or what not

i think the wiring is fine, that never happen for 2 and half years wit the car, some of you that know about bulbs, a 893 sylvania silverstar produce more heat that a 899 regular sylnania bulb?

the 899 produce 27watts and the 893 produce 37.5watts. Thats a big difference in heat.
