be very carful about shift kits, contact some people who tune the autos and see what works best.... you can very easily screw up your trans with a crappy shift kit... and warranty wont cover that bill

someone actually agrees with me.
shift kit mostly **** up your tranny by causing much more fluid pressure to pass. the rates of the springs are changed to do this. It is better to get an sct or tuner of your choice and use that. shift kits suck.

they will not mess up your tranny instantly but they will cause a problem in the future. the valve body has valve springs when you install a shift kit these are changed and it causes the transmission to have much more fluid pressure going to clutches and bands. check balls hit the valve body very hard. and very often the friction material in the clutch packs cant handle that added pressure.
