whats the best inexpensive clutch thats streetable for our cars

I agree a spec stage II clutch is a very good way to go, i love mine

just make sure that if you get the spec clutch, don't use the throw out bearing that comes with the kit cause it really sucks. i found that out the hard way. get an OEM ford one, its cheaper and its better. it doesn't matter what stage clutch you get, you will get the same throw out bearing so get the kit and then get a ford throw out bearing.

30 bucks~ for a stock TOB, if you dont have more than 250rwhp a stock 11inch clutch will do just fine from a 99+ mustang. (make sure you have an 11 inch... but if you do)
