No, not really, a 4.2 crank is pretty much it, it's easier to get a 4.2 short block

it will take more money than just buying a crank it will be alot cheaper if you do it yourself tho

I don't know how much you can bore a v6 but i don't think 4.6 is possible

Supposedly Tom "none of my **** works" Morana has a 4.4 stroker kit, but I think the motor would pop if the starter turned too fast.
