| help starting new Mustang Club
I'm Thinking of starting a new Mustang Club In the Mid Ohio valley to do crouses and mustang shows and just hang out is there and charters or By laws out there that can help me get started thanks all

you can check with the MCA (mustang.org) to see if they list their charter information. But... from my own personal experience in clubs over the last 12 years.. the BEST clubs are thsoe that are not weighed down by laws and politics. Its just about peopled that share the same interests (which vary even with the same type of car) that get together and help the community and enjoy their cars together. No need to have any real politics (presidents and BS like that) just have fun.

I agree just trying to Organize get out letters schedule events. not a rule guy myself but how limit power drinkers ect just looking for family/mustang fun

Yea, I find that just an open invitation to local meets and events at the person's will works the best. Come as you can. It seems to work great for us down here in Louisiana. Although, we do tend to have a region full of nutheads.

Well, find a local place of interest. Find a few local forums. Make a post and draw attention for yourself. I would plaster it all of the regional forums on SVTP, ME,...etc. I also recommend you find some sites like ls1gto and older chevelle sites and stuff. It helps get the numbers up. Then when you have enough of a specific car or a group of people you want to continue to hang with that feel the same you then start instituting the club and see how poeple react.
