425 (maybe 450) for front and 200 for rear (maybe 250..) something hit me about the front maybe being 400 but either way they are CRAP.

what rate are they, I belive they have a crappy rate just like stock if memory serves me right.

520ish, I believe. I'm just gonna get those. I wouldn't be able to do springs till the first of the year anhow, and I plan on doing coilovers in the front anyhow, so I'm not all that worried about the rate in the front.

I think the fronts are at 460lb and the rear like 250lb something like that. Crappy as usual coming from Ford. I wish Ford put it half way desent suspension in the 6's. I would of saved quite a bit $$$ on suspension.
