If it bolts up to the stock y-pipe you need to stray away from that. Go true dual or with a x/h pipe and you'll be better of in the long run.

Unless you plan on some serious engine mods, including some kind of forced air induction system (nitros, supercharger, turbo), stay away from the ford racing system. With the 2 1/2" piping, you'll loose a lot of low end torque with that kind of reduction of back pressure. I would suggest a true dual system with 2 or 2 1/4 inch piping at the most. A lot of people (including myself ) have gone with GT take-offs (2 1/4" system), but they're getting a little bit harder to find now that the new model is out. There are a lot of other aftermarket options out there, but they're a bit more expensive (as you can see on v6mustangstuff.com).

If you're looking to go dual exhaust. Shoot me a PM or an e-mail at sales@rdmotorsport.com and I can give you a good deal on a MAC H/X pipe and cat back of your choice.

if you do decide to go with a 2 and 1/2" catback you can go the route of doing UDP to gain some of that power back down in the lower rpms
