Exclamation Back Fire HELP

My stang wont start its back firing out the intake it blew it apart, i checked the firing order and it seems to be right, it had the headgaskets blown so i got a full fel pro rebuild kit and torgue everything down to specs, it ran before i did it and i never went into the bottom in so I wouldnt think it be timing can anybody give me any tips also tell me how the firing order should go i went by the book and it was like 142535 and the coil is 123 564 so i put the number one cylinder number 4 on two and so forth just to make sure is the number one cylinder on the right or left side the book shows

3 6
2 5
1 4

and the coil is 123

any clue what i can do to get it running....
