I personally have never bought anything from there and never will, Ive heard many many horror stories coming from there and supposedly their customer service is horrid, If i were to choose just stay clear of there, there are many other reputable businesses that you can trust (check the site sponsors, they are all good businesses, and you should be able to find most of the same parts through them)
just my .02

The problem with RPM Outlet is they advertise bogus claims and sell people stuff they dont need and they wont take it back in most cases. They have a terrible record of bad business practices on the most of mustang forums.

Re: RPM Outle is it any good

I just wanted to post up another RMP Outlet "success" story even though this thread is a couple months old. Didn't seem worthy enough to start a new thread.

Here is yet another un-satisfied customer.

Here is the thread in case anyone replies to him...

I ordered a magnflow exhaust from them. Everything went well...although the pipes were actually 2.25 inches and not 2.5 like they said, lol.

That would be a big deal if you had my setup and it would piss me off if I had to send them back

Because they would charge you the restocking fee, the shipping fee, and then the shipping fee for the new piece. They are notorious for advertising things wrong and then they charge you 20% restocking fee.

Thumbs down Re: RPM Outle is it any good

Yeah I ordered the Diablosport Predator from them for my 2004 V6 mustang and it didnt work. I did some research and read somewhere that supposedly it doesnt work for the 2004. I had even downloaded the newest program but still nothing. Anyone else read or heard anything like this? Also ordered the BBK throttlebody package that they had at the time. It came with the throttlebody and motorvator t-body spacer. The T-body fit but the spacer didnt. Called them and tried to email to send it back because i didnt need it but got no response. Hopefully someone will read this and think twice before dealing with them.
