Duals or Suspension?

So far I only have exterior mods done to my car, and I'm not what I should do first for performance. Just trying to get opinions, I'm trying to decide what I should get next. Would you rather have dual exhaust, or lowering? I can't go too low, because of the crappy weather around here (North Dakota, woot) so I have to worry about scraping a bit. So I was thinking about getting this Bullitt kit from gef racing. lemme know what you think.

IMO, Lowering and duals are really appearance mods (Although you may gain 5rwhp from the duals). I think a lowered V6 with that wimpy turned down tip looks as bad as a V6 with a flashy body kit and stock 15" wheels.

The Duals is a nice place to start with performance mods, and arguably is necessary if you are going to do anything to the engine.

So my 'vote' would be for duals.
