Finally got the motor and heads

Here are a few pics of them.

Everything is still single port, but you will notice that the intake valves are stainless steel as well, First to have them on the single port heads.

SuperHeads, stage 3 , 1.90 intake and 1.56 exhaust, 918 springs.Here are a few pics of them.

The Block is a 2001. Much stronger then my 97, this one has thicker webbing, plus it has a windage tray and a girdle.

The assy itself contains Cam thrust roller bearing from Super Six, Wiseco pistons with anti friction coating on the skirts, Eagle Rods and a shot peened crank, neutral balanced.(Thanks Gary)

Re: Finally got the motor and heads

How big is your cam, and what level of intakes are you using?
That setup with an SSX and high compression, big cam would
really rock! Looks awesome D!

My compression ratio is 9 to 1. The cam is small at the moment. 215/228 .51/.52 112*

I see nitrous in your future...

That much exhaust bias would allow a big shot.

Re: Finally got the motor and heads

I don't see anything about an SC in this post, but now
the cam/intake setup makes much more sense!

Low compression/short runner is a bad idea NA!

I started a long time b4 SSM got into it. Mostly just helping DIY'ers.
About 2-3 years before, I started in 1997.
There's more to doing business than making a good product and
I'm no business man. I'll just have to strut my stuff on Tony's car
and We're starting with what we got first, gonna attack the
NA stock block arena first, I'm shooting for 300 BHP or a bit more.
That will be 260-270 RWHP with the 5 speed. Wish me luck!

Tom is a good business man and has a good product as well,
I got no problem sending people his way that I cannot help.
I might even check into a couple items he has for myself,
I've heard of some really neat things he has that could help
me get my goals accomplished!
