Well I have to disagree a little with your estimate. We picked up 54 rwhp with my swap.
That is really based on old data. If done correctly with a proper cam you can get some real nice performance & numbers NA with a H/C/I setup for a future blower.
I would also add to your list a good free flowing exhaust. long tubes, highflow cats, frr flowing mufflers, and at least 2.5" .
