Re: m112 supercharger

hahaha. my friends dad has a 2008 shelby gt500 and he has it kenne bell supercharged with 830 horsepower. when i rode in that for the first time i probably felt the same way you did. i wasnt expecting it at all. thats probably the fastest and hardest ive been thrown into a seat while driving in a car. love the car though. i have to post up some new pics of my car, i got his new companies sticker on my windshield, right now hes making 2007-2009 gt500 performance parts in case anyone knows someone who has one.

They are slowly coming down in price. You can find termi's for as low(if not lower) as 16k with 45-60k miles, but I personally wouldn't buy a terminator with that many miles. Most of those are modded considerably, and you don't really know the history of the car...could be walking into a can of worms.

The real good termis with low mileage and near to stock or stock form are still carrying a hefty price tag.

That's why I'll probably go the 01 Cobra or Mach 1 route in the near future and then save up for the cobra, and probably trade the 01 or mach 1 in for it.

Re: m112 supercharger

Thats what I did, I saved up while in college and living at home and after I graduated and got a good job I started the car hunt. I found my 03 cobra and picked it up and im good to go, I know if I would have invested money in my 01 v6 I would have greatly regretted it.

Re: m112 supercharger

I know someone who owns a sonic blue one. And it's all done up too from the previous owner I know too. He's the guy I was talking about with the gt500. So I would be finding a car I know has been treated good.

Yeah, but it's useless right now with the tires I have. You won't get to feel the full effect since the tires do nothing but spin. Hell, I still haven't felt the full effects of the damn thing yet. lol

KB and Whipple really dont make much noise compared to a stock Eaton from what ive seen (unless its like a KB 2.2 which screams)

Re: m112 supercharger

Stock Eaton is actually the loudest whine you can get....
Weld up the silencer ports and yeah. I remember on the back window of one GT I saw a while back in Houston it had the text "I shall fear no while, because turbo is with me"
